主要针对班主任管理小学班级工作进行相应的策略研究。班主任所管理的对象是小学生,由于在小学阶段的学生的自制能力和自我管理能力比较弱,所以在班主任的管理任务是相当的艰巨的。因此,主要根据管理小学班级中所存在的问题进行研究,争取通过一些管理的方法策略来更好地管理班级。 Mainly for the class teacher management primary school class work corresponding strategy research.
