目的应用PDCA质量管理体系,提高新生儿重症监护室(NICU)工作人员手卫生依从性。方法通过现场调查和暗访的方式对工作人员手卫生质量进行了调查与分析。结果运用PDCA循环质量管理方法后,NICU护士、医生、助理护士、卫生员、实习和进修人员手卫生执行率和正确性持续增高,5个关键点洗手执行率也逐渐提高。结论 PDCA循环运用于医务人员手卫生质量管理中,可明显改善医护人员手卫生依从性和正确性。 Objective To apply the PDCA quality management system to improve hand hygiene compliance among neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) staff. Methods The hand hygiene quality of staff was investigated and analyzed through field investigation and unannounced interview. Results After PDCA cycle quality management, the implementation rate and correctness of hand hygiene of NICU nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, hygienists, interns and fellows continued to increase. The implementation rate of hand washing at 5 key points also gradually increased. Conclusions The PDCA cycle is applied to the hand hygiene quality control of medical staff, which can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance and correctness of medical staff.
