在高职高专医学院校在校学生,没有接触到临床实际和病人,当进行临床科目《妇产科学》实验教学的开展和施教时,学生对各检查项目和治疗手术的原理和操作缺乏理解,扩展不开学生自己的空间思维和理解能力,学生容易混淆和模糊。针对这一现象,我们结合妇产实验教学大纲的要求,将进行自制子宫模型进行“计划生育人流手术和取放环术”。自制模型是我自己为本校研究性学习教学活动中的一种个人想法和做法。实施结果表明,该课题紧密联系教学实际,符合学生特点,同学们在教师的指导下,通过制作模型,加深了对原理的理解,掌握了手术操作方法,激发了学习兴趣,提高了动手能力,教学效果十分明显,老师施教简单易行,同学容易吸收和理解知识点。
