【目的】评价广东英德引种毛橘红的质量。【方法】选取英德及化州产毛橘红样品,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其柚皮苷和野漆树苷含量,色谱柱为Luna C18柱,流动相为甲醇—水—冰醋酸,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长分别为283、345 nm。【结果】英德产毛橘红柚皮苷和野漆树苷含量均高于化州产毛橘红。【结论】广东英德引种毛橘红柚皮苷含量符合2010年版《中国药典》规定,研究结果初步显示在广东英德引种毛橘红是可行的。
【Objective】 To evaluate the quality of Mao-Ying-Red introduced by Guangdong Yingde. 【Method】 The hairy orange samples from Yingde and Huazhou were selected and the content of naringin and raganoside was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was Luna C18 with the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid , The flow rate of 1.0 mL / min, the detection wavelength were 283,345 nm. 【Result】 The results showed that the content of anthocyanin and raccogenin in Yingde with hairiness were higher than that with hairiness in Huizhou. 【Conclusion】 The results showed that the introduction of Mao-Naringin in Guangdong Yingde conforms to the requirements of the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. The results show that the introduction of Mao-Hung is feasible in Guangdong Yingde.
