激励是领导的重要职能,在强调以人为本、和谐发展的社会主义现代化建设进程中,激励的作用更为重要。在领导学中,领导激励是指领导者激发、鼓励和调动人的热情和动机,使人们潜在的工作动机尽可能充分发挥和维持,从而更好地实现社会或组织目标的过程。 Motivation is an important leadership function. In emphasizing the people-centered and harmonious development of socialist modernization, the role of motivation is even more important. In the leadership study, the leadership encouragement refers to the process of the leader to stimulate, encourage and mobilize the enthusiasm and motivation of people, make people’s potential motivation to give full play to and maintain, in order to better achieve social or organizational goals.
