采用热重分析法(TGA)测量铁矿石样品灼烧减量,对保温时间、加热温度、加热速率和工作气氛等工作条件进行了系统研究,确立TGA法适宜的工作条件为:20℃/m in加热至1 000℃,保温30 min,全程选用高纯氮为工作气体。对多种进口铁矿石样品采用TGA法和常规马弗炉加热法进行测量,对比结果表明,TGA法具有方便快捷、准确可靠、适用范围宽、样品消耗量小等优点,且可以清楚监控样品失重全过程,为铁矿石挥发分的成分分析提供有力的数据参考。
TGA was used to measure the ignition loss of iron ore samples. The working conditions of holding time, heating temperature, heating rate and working atmosphere were systematically studied. The suitable working conditions of TGA method were as follows: 20 ℃ / m in heated to 1 000 ℃, holding 30 min, full use of high purity nitrogen as the working gas. A variety of imported iron ore samples using TGA method and conventional muffle furnace heating method to measure the comparison results show that the TGA method is convenient, accurate and reliable, wide range of applications, sample consumption and other advantages, and can clearly monitor the sample The whole process of weight loss, iron ore volatile component analysis provides a powerful data reference.
