玻璃池窑供料道的合理设计,是保证玻璃液成型温度的均匀、稳定的一个环节。我厂多年来,对玻璃池窑的设计和改造均是以熔化池和蓄热室为重心,而很少在供料道的设计上花精力,造成供料道加温均热的油耗较大,且制品中条纹、厚薄差常有存在。今年我厂建一座36M~2玻璃池窑,在料道设计上,工程技术人员进行了大量的工作,经该座池窑投产两个多月的实践,其效果令人十分满意。
