“三大政策”是由“联俄、联共、扶助农工”等三个方面组成。“三大政策”名称的由来,中学历史教科书认为“宣言接受了中国共产党反帝反封建的主张,重新解释了三民主义把旧三民主义发展为新三民主义,以适应时代潮流的精神。这就在实际上确立了‘联俄、联共、扶助农工’三大政策。”即“三大政策”是在国民党第一次代表大会上确立的。但笔者查阅了与国民党第一次代表大会相关的史料,并没有出现“三大政策”的字样。换言之,“三大政策”一词并不是在国民党一大上出现的。那么“三大政策”这一提法又是如何形成的?下面笔者就向大家简要介绍。
