彩电的厚膜电路损坏后,有时难以找到同类型电路更换,当厚膜电路内部仅是某个元器件损坏时,可采用外接元器件的方法进行应急修补。当整块厚膜电路无法修复时,应尽量设法用原型号的厚膜电路代换。若实在无同型号代换时,也可以用分立元器件装成组件板代换使用。介绍如下: 1.IX0308的检修和代换夏普C—1405DK、C—1834DK、C—1838DK等彩电均采用IX0308电源厚膜电路。其内部原理如图1所示。损坏后,多数情况是内部BG5击穿或D6开路,造成整机无法输出正常的稳定
