研究混凝土中掺加玄武岩纤维对其与变形钢筋黏结性能的影响。选取长为6 mm和18 mm两种玄武岩纤维与未掺纤维的素混凝土试件进行对比。通过中心拉拔试验,得到黏结应力-滑移曲线。试验结果表明:在混凝土中掺玄武岩纤维,变形钢筋与混凝土的黏结强度有减小的趋势,极限黏结强度对应的滑移量有增大的趋势;同一掺量下,纤维长为18 mm对应的极限黏结强度均大于纤维长为6 mm的相应值;合理控制玄武岩纤维的掺量,可以降低掺玄武岩纤维对黏结强度的影响。此外,通过数据分析得到了极限黏结强度的计算公式。
The effect of basalt fiber mixed with concrete on the bond properties of deformed bar was studied. Two kinds of basalt fibers, 6 mm long and 18 mm long, were selected for comparison with plain concrete specimens without fibers. Pull through the center test, bond stress - slip curve. The experimental results show that the bond strength between deformed steel bar and concrete decreases with the addition of basalt fiber, and the ultimate bond strength tends to increase with the increase of the bond strength. At the same dosage, the fiber length is 18 mm The ultimate bond strength is greater than the corresponding fiber length of 6 mm; reasonable control of the basalt fiber content, can reduce the basalt fiber doped bond strength. In addition, the formula of ultimate bond strength is obtained through data analysis.
