结合厦门地区环境条件,推导出干湿交替环境下硫酸盐侵蚀加速方程;设计“零养护”和“加速养护”两种干湿循环试验,缩短了测试混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能所需时间,并对三种养护方式的试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,加速试验与标准试验结果具有较好的相关性。结合加速方程,可对特定环境下的混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀寿命进行预测。
Combined with the environmental conditions in Xiamen, the acceleration equation of sulfate erosion under alternating wet and dry conditions was deduced. Two dry-wet cycle tests were designed with “zero-cure” and “accelerated curing” to shorten the test of sulfate- Take time, and comparative analysis of the test results of the three conservation methods. The results show that there is a good correlation between accelerated test and standard test results. Combined with the acceleration equation, the sulfate resistance life of concrete under specific conditions can be predicted.
