针对近年来我们所接触到的一些兄弟单位在用埋入式盐溶炉过程中遇到的一些问题,提出改进意见如下;1.关于电极冷却水套以前介绍的多是在电极上焊一个方盒形水套(如图1)。这种水套制做和焊接较麻烦,折炉时取出也较困难。现在,我们改为在电极上直接打二个φ16×320毫米的深孔,再在上方打一个通孔,然后封死上孔(见图2)。经改进后的电极容易制造,更主要的是折炉时电极易取出,不易损坏。使用二年的效果良好,从未漏盐。
In view of some problems encountered by some fraternal units that we encountered in recent years with embedded salt-melting furnaces, the following suggestions are put forward for improvement: 1. The previous description about the electrode cooling water jacket is to weld one side of the electrode Box shaped water jacket (Figure 1). Now, instead of using two directly drilled deep holes of φ16 × 320 mm on the electrode, we make a through hole in the top and seal the hole (see Figure 2). The improved electrode is easy to manufacture, more importantly, the electrode is easy to be taken out when the furnace is folded, and it is hard to be damaged. The effect of using two years has been good, never lost salt.
