设计的发展以及经济的进步使得人们的物质观、世界观、价值观等发生了巨大的转变。由于物质生活水平越来越高,人们开始将追求从物质上转变到了精神上,而事业单位想要更好的适应竞争激烈的经济社会,就需要重点发展单位文化,提高政工队伍建设水平。尤其需要内部思想矛盾进行正确合理的处理,深入员工内部,提高单位团结性,并树立员工的主人翁精神,保证单位的收益。文章主要从我国事业单位政工管理工作触发,深入探讨如何改进政工管理工作,提高其工作质量,推进事业单位的健康持续发展。
The development of design and the progress of economy have brought about a tremendous change in people’s materialism, world outlook and values. As material living standards are getting higher and higher, people begin to change their pursuit from substance to spirit. Institutions that want to better adapt themselves to the highly competitive economy and society need to focus on unit culture development and political and military contingent building. In particular, the internal ideological contradictions need to be dealt with properly and rationally, the internal workforce should be deepened, unit unity should be enhanced, and the ownership of employees should be established to ensure the profitability of the units. The article is mainly triggered by the work of political management in public institutions in our country. The paper discusses in depth how to improve the management of political work, improve the quality of its work, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of public institutions.
