目前,慢性胰腺炎(以下简称CP)的诊断还存在不少困难。胰腺外分泌功能试验虽有效,但胰液中的某些生化成份如蛋白、碳酸氢盐、消化酶等的异常改变亦可见于其它多种胰腺疾病,Denyer等认为这类改变对CP的诊断与鉴别诊断无特异性。自七十年代以来,许多学者注意到检测胰液乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin,以下简称Lf)对CP的诊断具有重要意义。本文简要介绍这方面的概况。乳铁蛋白的生化特点 Lf是属于机体转铁蛋白(transferrin)系统的一种含铁蛋白,由于Lf最初在乳汁中发现,故被称为乳铁蛋白。人乳的Lf含量相当高,约占乳汁总蛋白的15%,为酪蛋白与免疫球蛋白
