目的:以神经内分泌免疫调节网络学说为指导,结合中医学对糖尿病的认识,对糖尿病的病因和发病机制进行综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2005-01的文章,检索词“Diabetesmellitus,pathogenesis,neuroendocrineimmunomodulation,tra-ditionalChinesemedicine”,并限定语言种类为English。同时计算机及手工检索万方数据资源系统与中国期刊全文数据库1990-01/2005-01的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“糖尿病,发病机制,神经内分泌免疫调节,中医药”。手工检索1980年以后出版的有关糖尿病专著中有关中医药治疗糖尿病与神经内分泌免疫关系的章节。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取有关糖尿病疾病与神经内分泌免疫调节网络关系的文章。纳入标准为①随机对照临床试验,采用单盲、双盲或非盲法。②非随机对照试验。③前后对照试验研究。排除标准:排除重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到33篇关于糖尿病发病机制相关文章,其中21篇符合纳入标准。排除的12篇均为重复性文章。之间关系的文章进行分析,探讨三者之间的内在联系。资料综合:对21篇有关糖尿病病因与神经内分泌免疫调节及中医学。结论:糖尿病的发病系由遗传因素与环境因素相互作用,通过神经内分泌免疫调节网络中胰岛素及其反调激素以及下丘脑-垂体-
OBJECTIVE: To review the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes, guided by the network theory of neuroendocrine immune regulation and the knowledge of diabetes mellitus in traditional Chinese medicine. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Medline from January 1980 to January 2005 was conducted using the search term “Diabetes mellitus, pathogenesis, neuroendocrine immunomodulation, tra-ditional Chinese language medicine” and the limited language is English. At the same time, computer and hand searched Wanfang Data Resource System and Chinese Journal Full-text Database from January 1990 to January 2005 with the article language type as Chinese and the term “Diabetes mellitus, pathogenesis, neuroendocrine immune regulation and traditional Chinese medicine”. Manually Retrieve Chapters in Diabetes Monographs Related to the Treatment of Diabetes and Neuroendocrine Immunity by Chinese Medicine Published since 1980. Data Selection: Preliminary review of data, select articles about the relationship between diabetes and neuroendocrine immune regulation network. Inclusion criteria for ① randomized controlled clinical trials, the use of single-blind, double-blind or non-blind method. ② non-randomized controlled trials. ③ before and after the controlled trial. Exclusion Criteria: Eliminate repetitive studies. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 33 articles on the pathogenesis of diabetes were collected, of which 21 met the inclusion criteria. The 12 excluded articles are repetitive articles. The article analyzes the relationship between the three to explore the intrinsic relationship between the three. Data Synthesis: 21 articles on the etiology and neuroendocrine regulation of diabetes and Chinese medicine. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of diabetes is caused by the interaction of genetic factors and environmental factors, through the network of neuroendocrine immune regulation of insulin and its anti-tone hormone and hypothalamus-pituitary-
