屏蔽暂堵技术是保护油气层的主要技术手段之一,华北油田自“七五”以来就进行了该技术的研究。为适应不同的井深,分别采用聚合物钻井液和聚磺钻井液,在聚合物钻井液中加入改性沥青、超细碳酸钙或油溶性暂堵剂;在聚磺钻井液中加入油溶性暂堵剂和超细碳酸钙,配制成屏蔽暂堵钻井液。室内试验表明:屏蔽暂堵钻井液API失水小于5mL,HTHP失水小于15mL,岩心渗透率恢复值均大于65%,起到了较好的屏蔽暂堵效果。完井电测解释表明,表皮系数均小于0,堵塞比均小于1,投产后与邻井相比,产量大幅度提高,取得了较好的效果。

Laboratory tests show that: the API of the temporary blocking drilling fluid in the shield has less than 5 mL of water loss, less than 15 mL of dehydration of the HTHP, and greater than 65% of the core permeability recovery values, thus achieving better shielding temporary blocking effect. Completion of electrical interpretation shows that the skin coefficient is less than 0, the plugging ratio is less than 1, compared with the adjacent wells after production, production increased significantly, and achieved good results.
