目的:观察痛愈舒胶囊对痛经的治疗作用。方法:采用大鼠静脉注射缩宫素的方法,观察痛愈舒胶囊对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的影响;采用小鼠腹腔注射缩宫素的方法,观察痛愈舒胶囊对痛经模型小鼠的影响;采用醋酸扭体法,观察痛愈舒胶囊的止痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的方法,观察痛愈舒胶囊的抗炎作用;采用冰水浴及皮下注射肾上腺素的方法,观察痛愈舒胶囊对大鼠急性血瘀模型的影响。结果:与模型组比较,痛愈舒胶囊各给药组大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度明显降低(P<0.05),小鼠15 min内缩宫素及醋酸分别致扭体反应发生次数均明显减少(P<0.05),小鼠耳肿胀程度明显减小(P<0.05),全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞沉降率及红细胞电泳时间均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:痛愈舒胶囊具有明显抑制大鼠在体子宫平滑肌过度收缩、缓解痛经、抗炎、止痛及改善血液流变学作用,对痛经具有很好的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tong Yu Shu capsule on dysmenorrhea. Methods: The method of intravenous injection of oxytocin in rats was used to observe the effect of Tongyunshu Capsule on rat uterine smooth muscle. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with oxytocin to observe the effect of Tongyunshu capsule on dysmenorrheal model mice The acetic acid writhing method was used to observe the analgesic effect of Tong Yu Shu capsule. The anti-inflammatory effect of Tong Yu Shu capsule was observed by xylene-induced ear swelling in mice. The rats were observed with ice water bath and subcutaneous injection of epinephrine Effect of Tongyunshu Capsule on acute blood stasis model in rats. Results: Compared with model group, the contractile amplitude of uterine smooth muscle in Tongyushu capsule administration group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the number of writhing reaction induced by oxytocin and acetic acid in mice within 15 min was significantly (P0.05). The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and erythrocyte electrophoresis time were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tongyushu capsule can significantly inhibit excessive contraction of uterine smooth muscle in rats and relieve dysmenorrhea, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hemorrheological effects and has a good therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea.
