Parliament or parliament, derived from Latin, was originally intended to talk or debate. From the 17th and 18th centuries, with the victory of the bourgeois revolution, the parliament has developed into an important government agency of the country and formed a representative system with it as its core. The earliest parliament in the world was Britain, and France was later than Britain. In 1302, King Philip IV, in order to strengthen the monarchy, needed the support of all walks of life.
