对参加2012年全国武术散打冠军赛的20名运动员以问卷方式进行心理测验,并在赛前45d运用积极语言暗示、放松和唤醒训练等方法实施心理调控,分析心理调控对不同级别散打运动员心理状态的影响及其与运动成绩的关系。得出结论:1)国际健将的情绪/体力耗竭高于健将级运动员,精力低于健将级运动员,并呈显著性差异;2)心理调控对运动员心理疲劳程度和心境状态均有明显改善,表现在国际健将的情绪/体力耗竭明显降低(P<0.01),1、2级运动员的慌乱明显降低(P<0.05);3)调控后,运动消极评价和慌乱因子与运动成绩呈非常显著性相关,对运动成绩具有非常显著预测力;4)高水平运动员不仅具有积极的心理特征,也具有消极的心理特征;心理调控可以有效改善运动员心理状态,适用于对抗性项目运动员在赛前集训期间的心理调整。
Psychological tests were conducted on 20 athletes participating in the 2012 National Wushu Sanda Championship by means of questionnaire. Psychological control was conducted 45 days before the competition by means of positive language suggestion, relaxation and wake-up training, and psychological analysis was conducted to analyze the psychological status of different levels of Sanda athletes Influence and Its Relationship with Sports Performance. The conclusion is drawn as follows: 1) The international athlete’s emotional / physical exhaustion is higher than that of the athlete’s athlete and the energy is lower than that of the athlete’s athlete; 2) Psychological regulation has a significant improvement on the athlete’s mental fatigue and state of mind, The emotion / physical exhaustion of international athletes was significantly reduced (P <0.01), and the scores of panic in first and second level athletes were significantly decreased (P <0.05). 3) After the adjustment, there was a significant correlation between negative appraisal and panic factors and athletic performance , Which has a very significant predictive effect on athletic performance; 4) high-level athletes not only have positive psychological characteristics but also negative psychological characteristics; psychological regulation can effectively improve athletes’ psychological status and are suitable for the athletes of competing athletes during pre-competition training Psychological adjustment.
