为观察中药灭囊灵对大鼠实验性脑水肿模型的影响,采用脑内注入血块方法造成脑血肿诱发脑水肿模型,以伊文思蓝(EB)为指示剂,观察用药前后大鼠脑系数、脑组织含水量及脑血管通透性的变化。结果表明,实验大鼠脑系数、脑组织含水量及EB含量均高于正常对照组,灭囊灵高、低剂量组及乙酰唑胺对上述清理改变均有减轻作用,其中以灭囊灵高剂量组的作用最为明显。结论:灭囊灵对大鼠实验性脑水肿模型有明显的治疗作用。
In order to observe the effect of Chinese medicine cysteine on experimental cerebral edema in rats, cerebral edema model induced by cerebral hematoma was induced by intracerebral injection of blood clots. Evans blue (EB) was used as an indicator to observe the rat brain coefficient before and after administration. Changes in brain tissue water content and cerebral vascular permeability. The results showed that the brain coefficient, brain tissue water content and EB content in the experimental rats were higher than those in the normal control group. The high- and low-dose Cybronconazole group and acetazolamide all had alleviating effects on the above-mentioned clean-up changes, among which, The effect of the dose group is most pronounced. Conclusion: Excylengine has obvious therapeutic effect on experimental cerebral edema model in rats.
