目的研究委陵菜的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ToyopearlHW-44、SephadexLH-20等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱对有效部位进行分离、纯化,根据波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从委陵菜的乙酸乙酯层分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside,Ⅰ),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,Ⅱ),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside,Ⅲ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-(6-O-cis-p-香豆酰基)葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-cis-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside,Ⅳ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-香豆酰基)葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside,Ⅴ),4′,5,7-三甲氧基-黄酮醇(Ⅵ),布卢姆醇A(blumenolA,Ⅶ),dihydrosyringenin(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅸ),β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ为首次从委陵菜中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅴ~Ⅷ为首次从委陵菜属中分离得到的化合物。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Potentilla. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, Toyopearl HW-44 and Sephadex LH-20 were used to separate and purify the active fractions by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of Potentilla, and were identified as quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (Ⅰ) Quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (Ⅱ), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside -3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside, Ⅲ), kaempferol-3-O-β- D- (6-O-cis-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside, IV), kaempferol-3- O-β-D- (6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside, V), 4 ’, 5,7- trimethoxy- flavonol (Ⅵ), blumenol A, dihydrosyringenin (Ⅷ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ) and β-daucosterol (Ⅹ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅷ were isolated from Potentilla for the first time. Compounds Ⅴ ~ Ⅷ were isolated from the genus Potentilla for the first time.
