近30年来,中国人维生素B1的摄入量大幅下降,已从平均摄入足量,降到合格线以下。最近,中科院上海生命科学研究院在《国际营养学杂志》上发表的1项新研究,引起人们对维生素B1的关注。研究人员对1587名参加“中国老龄人口营养健康状况研究”的京、沪城乡居民进行维生素B1营养水平的调查,结果显示,维生素B1缺乏和抑郁症比例分别为28.2%和11.3%。随着体内维生素B1浓度的降低,患上抑郁症的风险显著上升。
In the past 30 years, the Chinese people’s vitamin B1 intake dropped significantly, from the average intake of adequate, down below the pass line. Recently, a new study published by the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the International Journal of Nutrition has drawn people’s attention on vitamin B1. Researchers surveyed 1587 residents in Beijing and Shanghai who participated in the study on nutrition and health status of the Chinese elderly population. The results showed that the ratio of vitamin B1 deficiency and depression were 28.2% and 11.3% respectively. With the reduction of vitamin B1 in the body, the risk of depression is significantly increased.
