味精中铅、锌测定国标法采用的是石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子吸收光谱法,不仅工作量大,费时,而且条件难以控制。该法控制PH=8.0,在100ml消解提取瓶中用双硫腙醋酸丁酯提取,然后用火焰原子吸收法同时测定铅和锌。实验结果表明:该法灵敏度高,1%吸收,0.0044A时铅为0.073ug/ml,锌为0.0044ug/m:线性好,回收满意,锌为96.4%—98.0%,铅为96,6%—103.0%。现将实验结果报告如
