链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病鼠,补充富铬酵母后血糖明显下降,对照组血糖反而升高。NIDDM患者治疗前血铬明显低于正常人,糖负荷后无明显反应,补充富铬酵母后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1)、果糖胺(FM)、胰岛素和C肽水平明显降低,对照组无明显变化,但餐后血铬显著降低。提示糖尿病可能存在缺铬,补充富铬酵母后,增强了胰岛素生物效应而使血糖下降,病情改善。
In streptozotocin (STZ) -induced diabetic mice, blood glucose was significantly decreased after chromium-rich yeast supplementation, while blood glucose in the control group was increased. Blood chromium levels in patients with NIDDM before treatment were significantly lower than those in normal subjects, and there was no significant reaction after glucose loading.
