本文系采用聚丙烯编织布与(橡胶)沥青混凝土作成罩面层,改善现有路面整体强度明显不足、交通量较大、重型车较多且龟、网裂严重的柔性基层沥青路面技术状况。在织布通过胶粘剂把其上、下面的(橡胶)沥青混凝土粘连成一整体,共同承受车辆荷载重复作用的前提下,因车辆荷载引起路面中的应力得到二次缓冲,从而提高了路面抵抗疲劳的能力,延长路面使用寿命。试验路经受大于公路养护技术规范要求的累计交通量之使用,路况仍良好。证明是技术可行、造价低、较好的筑、养路减防路面裂缝措施之一。此种织布橡胶沥青复合式减防路面裂缝罩面结构属国内首次试验,已取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In this paper, polypropylene braided fabric and (rubber) asphalt concrete are used as the overlay to improve the technical condition of the asphalt pavement of the flexible grassroots with obvious insufficient overall strength of the existing pavement, large traffic volume, large number of heavy vehicles and severe crack of the turtle and net. The test roads are subject to the accumulated traffic volume which is greater than the technical specifications for road maintenance and the traffic conditions are still good. Proved to be technically feasible, low cost, better building, road maintenance and reduction measures for pavement cracks.
