作为一种特殊类型的管理知识,联盟管理实践(Alliance Management Practices)是企业用以管理联盟的一整套方法、流程和技术。本文在对这一概念进行界定的基础上,探讨了联盟企业的企业家导向对其从合作伙伴处获取联盟管理实践的影响,并在竞合视角下,进一步分析了伙伴间的合作与冲突对上述关系的单独与共同调节作用。采用205家联盟企业的双源数据进行的实证分析表明,企业家导向显著地促进了企业联盟管理实践的获取,伙伴间合作正向调节上述关系,但冲突的调节作用不显著。此外,三项交互的结果表明,合作与冲突的不同匹配对企业家导向与联盟管理实践获取的关系产生差异化影响。
As a special type of management knowledge, Alliance Management Practices are a set of methods, processes, and technologies that organizations use to manage their coalitions. Based on the definition of this concept, this article explores the influence of entrepreneurial orientation of alliance enterprises on their alliance management practices from the partners and further analyzes the cooperation and conflict between partners under the perspective of competition and cooperation The above relationship alone and together regulate. Empirical analysis using dual-source data of 205 affiliates shows that entrepreneurial orientation has significantly promoted the acquisition of business alliance management practices. Cooperation among partners has positively adjusted the above relations, but the role of conflict adjustment is insignificant. In addition, the results of the three interactions show that different matches of cooperation and conflict have a differentiated impact on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and acquisition of alliance management practices.
