4月28日,中兴通讯与重庆移动通信公司签订合作协议,由中兴通讯承担重庆移动智能网SSP(业务交换点)、SCP(业务控制点)建设项目。中兴通讯将向重庆移动公司提供全套自主研发的移动智能网ZXG10-SSP、ZXG10-SCP软、硬件系统设备 中兴通讯承建的重庆移动智能网系统,将为移动公司提供60万用户的移动预付费业务、50万个VPN(虚拟专网)集团的移动VPN业务、5万用户的特殊费率业务等。预付费业务在户籍建立时,基于用户的帐户决定接受或拒绝执行呼叫,在呼叫过程中实时计费并减少用户预付的金额,具有呼叫限制、支持漫游、查询余额等功能。移动VPN业务可使移动运营商在移动网络环境中向集团用户开放Centrex功能,增加移动网络服务种类,适应市场不同需求,提高移动网络运营
