员工需求的不断变化使得原有人力资源政策受到了前所未有的挑战,个性化交易理论的出现不仅为员工表达自身需求提供了新的途径,而且为组织人力资源管理提供了新的视角。文章综合研究了自2001年个性化交易产生至今的41篇相关文献,依照研究方法从理论走向实证将其划分为兴起和发展两个阶段,以此为线索详细评述了各阶段个性化交易理论的内涵、维度、研究对象以及与相关变量之间关系的演进过程,并指出了该领域下一步的研究方向。
The ever-changing needs of employees make the original human resources policies have been hitherto unknown challenges, the emergence of personalized transaction theory not only provides a new way for employees to express their own needs, but also provides a new perspective for the organization of human resources management. This article comprehensively studies 41 related literatures since the individual transaction occurred in 2001. According to the research method, it divides it into two phases: the rise and the development according to the research method, and then gives a detailed review of the individual transaction theory Connotation, dimension, research object and the relationship with the related variables, and points out the research direction in this field.
