采用植物形态比较、显微观察、化学分析以及薄层层析等方法,进行了鬼针草药材的原植物形态、药材性状、显微特征以及理化定性等鉴别工作。给出了鬼针草药材的茎横切面简图、药材粉末图以及薄层层析结果;为鬼针草药材的鉴定、质量标准和进一步开发利用提供了参考。
The original plant morphology, medicinal properties, microscopic characteristics, and physicochemical properties of the medicinal materials of Pseudopuncture needles were identified using methods of plant morphology, microscopic observation, chemical analysis, and thin layer chromatography. The schematic diagrams of stem cross-sections, medicinal powder diagrams, and thin-layer chromatographic results of G. pilosula herb materials are given, which provide references for the identification, quality standards, and further development and utilization of G. lancea medicinal materials.
