镉对人体健康的影响是全身性的,最明显的影响是肾功障碍(Renal Dysfunction),而肾功障碍的主要指征是尿蛋白,并以出现低分子量蛋白为其损害部位的特点。然而低分子尿蛋白的出现,并非镉中毒的特异诊断指标。镉中毒的诊断是依赖于综合指标的,因为尿中低分子蛋白的出现,说明有一定程度的肾功障碍,而肾功障碍为许多种全身疾患与中毒肾病的征候。不仅如此,低分子尿蛋白,在正常人尿中也可出现,这样低分子尿蛋白不能作为镉中毒的特异诊断指标。 这里仅就低分子尿蛋白与镉中毒,做一简单的叙述,并借以说明低分子尿蛋白在镉中毒诊断学中的地位。
