目的研究方格星虫多糖(Sipunculus nudus polysaccharides,SNP)对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法采用ConA诱导淋巴细胞转化试验和NK细胞活性测定试验测试方格星虫多糖对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响;采用血清溶血素水平检测和抗体形成细胞数检测方法测试SNP对小鼠体液免疫的影响;采用碳廓清试验测试SNP对小鼠非特异性免疫的影响。结果 SNP能明显提高小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,促进小鼠碳廓清速率和小鼠肝脏与脾脏对异物的吞噬功能。结论 SNP可提高小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To study the regulatory effect of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharides (SNP) on immune function in mice. Methods ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation assay and NK cell activity assay were used to test the effect of polysaccharides from H. oryzae on the cellular immune function of mice. Serum hemolysin level and antibody-forming cell number were used to test the effect of SNP on the humoral immunity of mice Effect of SNP on nonspecific immunity in mice was tested by carbon clearance test. Results SNP could significantly improve the cellular immunity and humoral immune function of mice, promote the rate of carbon clearance in mice and phagocytosis of foreign bodies in mouse liver and spleen. Conclusion SNP can improve the immune function of mice.
