党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),深刻回答了在中国为什么要搞法治,如何搞法治的重大理论和实践问题,是指导全面推进依法治国的纲领性文献。《决定》对加强法治工作队伍建设,其中包括对律师队伍建设提出了新的任务和要求,为我国律师业改革发展建设提供了新的机遇。深入学习贯彻党的十八届四中全会精神,是当前和今后一个时期律师工作的重大政治任务。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” (the “Decision”) passed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has profoundly answered the major theories and practices on why rule of law should be enacted and how to rule the law in China The problem is a guideline document for guiding the overall promotion of governing the country according to law. The Decision sets out new tasks and requirements for strengthening the legal work team, including the construction of lawyers, which provides new opportunities for the reform and development of lawyers in our country. To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is a major political task for lawyers in the current and in the future.
