目的建立特丁基对苯二酚的测定方法。方法在碱性条件下,特丁基对苯二酚对鲁米诺-高碘酸钠化学发光有增敏作用,基于此性质可测定样品中特丁基对苯二酚的含量。结果特丁基对苯二酚溶液的浓度在5.0×10-5~1.0×10-2g/L范围内与化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,对5.0×10-4g/L特丁基对苯二酚进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.54%,检出限为1.6×10-6g/L。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可用于样品中特丁基对苯二酚的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tert-butyl hydroquinone. Methods Under alkaline conditions, the effect of TBT on chemiluminescence of luminol-sodium periodate was sensitized. Based on these properties, the content of TBHP in the sample was determined. Results The concentration of TBDE solution in the range of 5.0 × 10-5 ~ 1.0 × 10-2 g / L had a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescence intensity. For 5.0 × 10-4 g / L TBT Diphenols were subjected to 11 parallel determinations, with a relative standard deviation of 3.54% and a detection limit of 1.6 × 10 -6 g / L. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and can be used for the determination of tert-butyl hydroquinone in samples.
