针对很难通过解析法或作图法准确求出液力传动钻机全部运行参数的问题,利用数值分析方法对YB900型变矩器和PZ12V190B柴油机特性曲线进行了三次样条插值,把特性曲线当作分段解析函数,根据变矩器原理及相似理论,导出了变矩器输出扭矩与传动比的一元函数关系式。由于函数的单调性,涡轮扭矩又取决于载荷,故对任一载荷便可迭代出相应的传动比,从而可确定变矩器和柴油机联合工作点和全部系统运行参数。计算实例表明,这个方法不仅方便可行,而且可为优选钻井参数,提高系统效率及运行经济性提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that it is very difficult to get all the operating parameters of hydraulic drive rig accurately by analytic method or drawing method, the cubic spline interpolation is carried out on the characteristic curve of YB900 torque converter and PZ12V190B diesel engine using numerical analysis method, and the characteristic curve is taken as According to the principle of torque converter and the similarity theory, a one-dimensional function of torque converter output torque and transmission ratio is derived. Due to the monotonicity of the function and the torque of the turbine, which in turn depends on the load, the corresponding gear ratio can be iterated for either load to determine the combined operating point of the torque converter and the diesel engine and the overall system operating parameters. The calculation example shows that this method is not only convenient and feasible, but also provides a reference for optimizing drilling parameters, improving system efficiency and operating economy.
