采用不同的切削参数和表面处理方法对含铝酸盐阴极进行球面加工,通过扫描电镜及金相显微镜观察对比加工后的基体表面形貌。结果表明:采用主轴转速800r/min,切削深度0.05mm,进给量小于0.01mm的切削参数,钨绒或银砂纸砂光阴极后再进行等离子刻蚀的组合表面处理工艺,可以制备出满足使用要求的阴极。
Different cutting parameters and surface treatment methods were used to spheroidize the aluminate-containing cathodes. The morphologies of the treated substrates were observed by scanning electron microscopy and metallographic microscope.
