在节酸磷肥的生产过程中 ,加入一定比例的添加剂 ,研制出 3种新型改性磷肥。化学分析结果表明 ,改性磷肥有效磷中水溶性磷比例下降 ;盆栽试验结果显示 ,在等养分量条件下 ,3种改性磷肥肥效较过磷酸钙均有较大幅度的增加 ;运用X射线衍射分析及红外光谱对改性磷肥的结构进行了研究 ,发现其晶体结构发生了较大的变化 ,这种晶体结构的变化减少了改性磷肥中有效磷在土壤中的固定 ,从而大大提高了其生物有效性
In the section of acid phosphate fertilizer production process, adding a certain percentage of additives, developed three kinds of new modified phosphate fertilizer. The results of chemical analysis showed that the proportion of water-soluble phosphorus in the available phosphorus of the modified phosphate fertilizer decreased. The pot experiment showed that the efficiency of the three modified phosphate fertilizers increased greatly compared with that of the superphosphate at the same nutrient content. Diffraction analysis and infrared spectroscopy were used to study the structure of the modified phosphate fertilizer. The crystal structure of the modified phosphate fertilizer was found to be greatly changed. The change of the crystal structure reduced the immobilization of available phosphorus in the soil, Its bioavailability
