企业经营,包罗万象。评点商海,欲说还休。前人们所做的已经很多,更多的实践者则在努力的创新中不断丰富着管理学的崭新内容。在多年来的咨询及社会服务过程中,我们一直在思考着这样一个问题:众多的企业工作者以及那些对企业事务较为关注的人们,最需要得到什么样的知识服务?一些什么样的企业经营类文字,才能使他们更容易消化、吸收,并随之转化成良好的学习效果呢?显然,这样的文字必须能符合中国国情,充满实战气氛,叙述生动形象,并保持与时代的同步。这也就是《招商周刊》与青岛凯顿策划研究院组办“企业圣经”栏目的主要动机。我们希望理论与现实的联系能够更密切一些,毕竟绝大多数的读者不是为了做理论研究,而首先是为了丰富自己的感性认识,并在一旦需要时便去新手实践。如今企业都在强调执行力,落在纸面上的文字,也应该强化自己的可操作性,而不应把自己当成哲学文本来孤芳自赏——只谈原则方向、不谈落实方法。如同一部武林秘笈,让人不知从何练起。中国企业的生存环境是独特的,没有任何一种既成模式可以遵循。中国市场已成为当今世界上最复杂的市场,中国企业的管理也是世界上最具挑战意义的管理。在当今的时代,尤其要善于用批判的眼光去看待已有的管理理论。如果现在需要你去从事一项管理工作,你要做的多半不是继承、照搬,而是扬弃、创新。历史没有定论,所以需要有历史研究。管理也没有定论,所以需要在实践中一再探索。海风吹过发际,涛声回荡耳边。一切过去的都没有消失,一切可能的都即将开始。请关注我们的思考吧。

This is also the main motivation for China Merchants Weekly and Qingdao Kailun Planning Institute to set up the column “Business Bible.” We hope that the connection between theory and reality can be closer. After all, the vast majority of readers do not try to do theoretical research. First, they enrich their perceptual knowledge and practice novices once they need it. Nowadays enterprises all emphasize executive power and the words that fall on paper should strengthen their operability instead of treating themselves as philosophical texts. They only talk about the direction of principle and the method of implementation. Like a martial arts secrets, people do not know where to practice. The living environment of Chinese enterprises is unique, there is no any existing model can be followed. The Chinese market has become the most complicated market in the world and the management of Chinese enterprises is also the most challenging management in the world. In today’s era, we must be especially good at judging the existing management theories in a critical light. If you now need you to engage in a management work, most of what you have to do is not inherit, copy, but abandoned, innovation. There is no conclusion in history, so historical research is needed. Management is not conclusive, so we need to explore again and again in practice. Sea breeze blowing hair, waves echoing ears. All the past have not disappeared, all possible are about to begin.
