企业经营,包罗万象。评点商海,欲说还休。前人们所做的已经很多,更多的实践者则在努力的创新中不断丰富着管理学的崭新内容。在多年来的咨询及社会服务过程中,我们一直在思考着这样一个问题:众多的企业工作者以及那些对企业事务较为关注的人们,最需要得到什么样的知识服务?一些什么样的企业经营类文字,才能使他们更容易消化、吸收,并随之转化成良好的学习效果呢?显然,这样的文字必须能符合中国国情,充满实战气氛,叙述生动形象,并保持与时代的同步。这也就是《招商周刊》与青岛凯顿策划研究院组办“企业圣经”栏目的主要动机。我们希望理论与现实的联系能够更密切一些,毕竟绝大多数的读者不是为了做理论研究,而首先是为了丰富自己的感性认识,并在一旦需要时便去新手实践。如今企业都在强调执行力,落在纸面上的文字,也应该强化自己的可操作性,而不应把自己当成哲学文本来孤芳自赏——只谈原则方向、不谈落实方法。如同一部武林秘笈,让人不知从何练起。中国企业的生存环境是独特的,没有任何一种既成模式可以遵循。中国市场已成为当今世界上最复杂的市场,中国企业的管理也是世界上最具挑战意义的管理。在当今的时代,尤其要善于用批判的眼光去看待已有的管理理论。如果现在需要你去从事一项管理工作,你要做的多半不是继承、照搬,而是扬弃、创新。历史没有定论,所以需要有历史研究。管理也没有定论,所以需要在实践中一再探索。海风吹过发际,涛声回荡耳边。一切过去的都没有消失,一切可能的都即将开始。请关注我们的思考吧。 Business, all-encompassing.
