应用型本科英语专业培养个性发展的多元化应用型创新人才。然而目前的普通高校英美报刊选读的教材主要是针对培养“研究型”或“技术型”的学生而编写的,远远无法满足应用型本科英语专业的培养目标。为此,需要重新调整英美报刊选读教材的编写,使其满足“广”、“浅”、“新”、“用”的编写原则,突出应用型本科英语人才培养的特色,完善其教材体系建设。
Applied undergraduate English major to cultivate a variety of personality development of innovative talents. However, at present, the teaching material selected by the Anglo-American newspapers and periodicals in colleges and universities is mainly written for the students who cultivate “research-based” or “technical-type” students, far from being able to meet the training objectives of applied undergraduate English majors. For this reason, we need to readjust the selection of reading materials in Anglo-American newspapers so that they meet the compilation principles of “Guang ”, “Shallow ”, “New ” and "Use Features, improve its teaching material system.
