目的观察应用膝降动脉隐支穿支皮瓣修复老年烧伤患者膝部深度创面的效果。方法2013年12月—2016年2月，笔者单位收治8例膝部Ⅲ度烧伤的老年烧伤患者，患者均为单侧膝部烧伤。2例患者髌骨、髌韧带完全坏死，切除后膝关节开放外露，予VSD治疗1周后，Ⅱ期行膝降动脉隐支穿支皮瓣带蒂转移修复。另6例患者髌骨、髌韧带部分坏死，切除后髌骨、髌韧带外露，关节腔积液引流，关节囊开放，同期手术行膝降动脉隐支穿支皮瓣带
