基因芯片技术是近几年发展起来的前沿生物技术,其高通量、快速、平行化采集生物信息的特点更是优于其他传统的技术方法,为研究肿瘤细胞生长各期与肿瘤生长相关基因的表达模式提供了强有力的工具。基因芯片技术不断应用于食管癌及其癌前疾病的研究中,为揭示食管癌发生发展的分子机制起到了巨大的促进作用,其特异的靶分子可以成为食管癌血清学诊断标记和基因治疗的靶标。现对基因芯片技术在食管癌研究中的应用进展作一简要概述。
