选择符合下壁梗塞者33例(其中合并正后壁梗塞7例),用体表电标位测微机系统Ⅰ型进行体表等电位图(BSPM)和 Q 区标测,并以30例健康人为对照。可见下壁和下壁合并正后壁梗塞病例,在 BSPM 和 Q区图均出现与正常人不同的变化。BSPM 和 Q 区图可对下壁和下壁合并正后壁梗塞做出定位诊断。
Thirty-three patients with inferior wall infarction (including 7 posterior posterior wall infarction) were selected. Body surface electrocardiograph (PCA) type Ⅰ was used to measure body surface potential map (BSPM) and Q area, and 30 healthy Human control. Can be seen under the wall and inferior wall posterior wall infarction cases, both in the BSPM and Q area showed normal changes in different people. The BSPM and Q-zone maps allow the diagnosis of inferior posterior wall infarcts in the inferior and inferior wall.
