不锈钢的耐蚀性在一定程度上取决于表面钝化膜的完整性及致密性。不锈钢的焊接产品,由于受到热过程的影响,在焊接接头部分(包括焊缝、热影响区)因出现了高温氧化皮而破坏了钝化膜的完整性。氧化皮的存在,使腐蚀往往由此起始而降低了耐蚀性。因此,对不锈钢的焊接产品来说,均应将焊接氧化皮除去并进行钝化处理。一般条件较好的不锈钢设备生产厂,都配备有酸洗
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel to a certain extent depends on the integrity of the surface passivation film and compactness. Stainless steel welded products, due to the influence of the thermal process, destroy the integrity of the passive film due to the presence of high-temperature scale in the welded joints (including the weld, HAZ). The presence of scale causes the corrosion to start from there and reduce the corrosion resistance. Therefore, the welding of stainless steel products, welding oxide scale should be removed and passivated. General conditions of the stainless steel equipment manufacturing plant, are equipped with pickling
