本文报道同一家族二代3例双肾错构瘤。例1:女性,21岁。双侧腰部胀痛2年余,加重1周伴血尿就诊。查体:两侧鼻翼旁有发红褐色结节。左侧中上腹部触及巨大包块,下极至脐下二指,压痛明显。双肾区饱满,叩击痛(+)。超声检查:右肾158mm×100mm×94mm下极正常肾回声,上中极多个大小不等 This article reports the same family of two cases of renal renal hamartoma.
