超临界流体精密分离技术 ( SCFE)具有分离精度高、分离温度低等优点 ,利用超临界戊烷将辽河减压渣油切割成多个窄馏分 ,并对渣油及其 SCFE馏分的炭化反应性能、反应残余物性质与原料性质的关系进行了讨论。结果表明 ,SCFE可以将渣油切割为具有不同族组成的窄馏分 ,这种对族组成的选择能力可用于从渣油中获取族组成适合形成各向异性发达的中间相的馏分 ,表明了 SCFE是一种改善复杂烃类混合物炭化性能的有效技术
The supercritical fluid precision separation technology (SCFE) has the advantages of high separation precision and low separation temperature. The supercritical pentane is used to cut the Liaohe vacuum residue into multiple narrow fractions, and the char reactivity of the residual oil and its SCFE fraction , The relationship between the nature of the reaction residue and the nature of the feedstock is discussed. The results show that SCFE can cut residuum into narrow fractions with different family composition. The selectivity of this pair composition can be used to obtain the composition of residuum from the residuum that is suitable for the formation of anisotropic developed mesophase.
