提出了一种能够制造功能性零件 ,特别是金属零件 ,可直接采用现有材料而无需开发专用成形材料 ,效率高成本低可直接应用于工业生产的新型加工方法——卷绕成形加工方法。卷绕成形可以作为零件的最终成形手段 ,也可以作为零件的粗加工手段。在辅以其它加工工艺的条件下可以加工出高精度的零件。在铸模制造等方面有其它加工方法无法比拟的优越性。给出了卷绕成形加工方法的定义、工艺过程、适用范围 ,并简要介绍了其关键设备的结构和芯带廓形的计算方法
A new processing method that can be applied to industrial production, such as the winding forming method, is proposed, which can manufacture functional parts, especially metal parts, and can directly use the existing materials without the need of developing special forming materials. Winding can be used as the final forming means of parts, but also can be used as part of roughing means. Supplemented by other processing conditions can be processed under the conditions of high-precision parts. In the mold manufacturing and other processing methods can not match the superiority. The definition, process and application of the winding forming method are given, and the structure of the key equipment and the calculation method of the core belt profile are briefly introduced
