去年年底以来,广州媒体大爆地产界猛料:将新理想华庭、广地花园、丽景台等楼盘名称与假按揭、重复按揭、重复抵押、一房多卖等违规词汇紧密地联系起来。站在媒体的角度,有让公众了解事实的真相、满足消费者知情权的责任和义务。但是,一些开发商却指责媒体的“过度”关注,让这些有问题的开发商不能争得一定的时间去寻求解决的办法。
