目的分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后并发症发生情况。方法回顾分析医院2013年1~12月行PCI手术患者(共126例)临床资料。结果发生术后并发症23例,其中1例患者死亡,其余22例患者由于医护人员发现及时并给予及时处理,痊愈出院。结论对于行PCI术患者,护士除给予一般护理常规外,还应该充分认识发生并发症的原因及临床表现,严密观察病情,认真作好健康宣教,及早发现并发症并协助对症处理,从而提高冠心病患者介入治疗的成功率和患者的生存质量。 Objective To analyze the postoperative complications of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
