目的为制定有效的流感防控措施提供分析资料。方法收集本市2005~2010年流感样病例发病资料及其暴发疫情资料,进行流行病学及病毒学检测统计分析。结果 2005~2009年ILI百分比为0.22%,分离出153株季A(H1N1)、季A(H3N2)和B型流感病毒,高峰在每年12月或次年的1月;2009~2010年ILI百分比1.44%,分离出甲型H1N1、季A(H1N1)、季A(H3N2)、和B型,高峰在11月;流感暴发疫情以中小学校为主(占74.19%)。结论本市流感流行高峰在每年的12月或次年的1月份,应加强中小学为主的预防。
Objective To provide analytical data for the development of effective influenza prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemic and virological data of influenza-like cases and their outbreak data were collected from 2005 to 2010 in our city. Results The percentage of ILI from 2005 to 2009 was 0.22%. 153 strains A (H1N1), A (H3N2) and B were isolated at peak from January to December each year or from January to December next year. The percentage of ILI from 2009 to 2010 1.44%. H1N1, H1N1, H3N2 and B were isolated. The peak was in November. The outbreak of influenza was mainly primary and secondary schools (74.19%). Conclusions The epidemic peak of the city should be strengthened in primary and secondary schools in December of each year or January of the following year.
