在科学技术革命条件下,国与国之间的经济联系发展得比任何时候都快,国际分工在深化,经济生活国际化具有越来越多的新形式。现在实际上所有国家都在某种程度上参加了世界经济联系体系,这种经济联系把各国深深地卷入复杂的贸易、信贷金融、科学技术、生产合作关系和相互依存网之中。此外,在二十世纪后半期出现了生态、能源、粮食和许多其他全球性问题,这些问题的解决要求联合全人类的力量。
Under the conditions of scientific and technological revolution, the economic links between countries have developed faster than ever. The international division of labor is deepening and there are more and more new forms of internationalization of economic life. Now virtually all nations are to some degree engaged in the world economic relations system, which deeply entangles all countries in the complexities of trade, credit finance, science and technology, productive cooperation and interdependence. In addition, in the second half of the twentieth century there emerged the issues of ecology, energy, food and many other global issues that required the unity of all humanity.
