本文研究了克山病偏食饲料及在这种饲料中补充钙和硒对大鼠自由基代谢的影响。结果表明,这种克山病偏食饲料中除低硒外低钙特别突出,所饲大鼠血清钙水平、全血及心肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等自由基清除酶明显低于常规食组;心肌及血清中脂质过氧化物水平明显升高。在克山病偏食饲料中单纯补钙可明显改善大鼠生长状态和降低心肌及血清中脂质过氧化物含量,但GSH—Px水平无增高,血清CAT及SOD水平增加。表明钙在病区粮偏食喂养大鼠的自由基代谢紊乱中起重要作用。补充钙同时补充硒效果更好。
In this paper, Keshan disease partial feed and diet supplemented with calcium and selenium on free radical metabolism in rats. The results showed that this Keshan disease partial eclipse feed in addition to low selenium in addition to low calcium, rat serum calcium levels, whole blood and myocardial glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, hydrogen peroxide CAT, SOD and other free radical scavengers were significantly lower than those of the conventional food group; the levels of lipid peroxides in myocardium and serum were significantly increased. In the Keshan disease partial eclipse feed, pure calcium supplement can obviously improve the growth state of rats and reduce the content of lipid peroxides in myocardium and serum, but the level of GSH-Px is not increased and the level of serum CAT and SOD is increased. This indicates that calcium plays an important role in the metabolism of free radicals in rats fed with WBC food. Calcium supplementation while adding selenium better.
